Prepress
The prepress department processes files (e.g. PDF, EPS, Postscript) received from
clients and output masters after their prior approval on hard copy or soft copy proofs.
Prepress department have following licensed softwares-
- Corel Draw X4 and X5
- Photoshop CS4
- In-design CS4
- Illustrator CS4
- Acrobat 9 Pro.
Prepress is also equipped with latest FFEI Violet CTP (8 up) machine. Violet CTP capable of producing screens upto 200 lpi outputs very high quality images on to master.
Prepress team uses PostRIP software to impose files which enhances our workflow capabilities.
Press
Press department is equipped with
- 526 New Lithrone KOMORI (5 color) offset printing machine
- SORK 513 Heidelberg 1 color machine
This department is well trained to maintain quality of print throughout the print run.
5 color KOMORI gives advantage of additional unit that can offer 4 color printing and inline aqueous varnish, special color(PANTONE), Metallic color, Oil Varnish, Inline perforation and numbering.
Postpress
A wide range of finishing and binding options are available to make your project
stand out from the crowd.
- Lamination: Combo lamination machine that can handle both Thermal and Adhesive lamination effects: Matt / Gloss In addition to conventional lamination process we are also capable of giving texture to substrate i.e. Leather, sand
- Pinning machine: This machine is capable of handling needs of booklet and magazines of sizes from Tabloid to pocket sized booklets.
- Perfect Binding machine (Wel bound): Single clamp Welbound speeds up our production with high quality and precision output.
- Polar cutting machine: Programmed cutting machine with high level of accuracy helps us to match given size specification.
